Infertility, or the failure to conceive after
1 year of unprotected intercourse, affects 10-15% of couples, or
approximately 1 in 7. Obviously infertility is a big problem that has
implications for family happiness, marriage, and medical care. Fortunately,
there are many new treatments available for both MALE and FEMALE
infertility. Also the underlying causes are being discovered. Some causes
relate to hormones, others to genetic or structural problems with the
reproductive organs. Seeing a reproductive specialist is the first step in
identifying and treating the problem so that a successful pregnancy can
ensue.
The process of trying to conceive can be stressful and unexpectedly
complicated when a couple is faced with infertility. However, with Health

software?

Health Empowerment Tools
allows you to enter thousands of records for you and your loved ones.
The only limit on the number of records, and the number of people whose
health information you keep track of is the size of the memory on your
handheld.

Is there a user manual?
A.
Yes. The file you download contains a user manual. The
user manual is in html format and is named Manual.html.

Is there a companion desktop
application that I can use to synchronize with Health Empowerment Tools?
A.
Yes. Health Empowerment Tools desktop
version 1.0 is a companion application for the Palm version of HET-Palm.
The desktop version will synchronize with version 1.5 of the Palm version.

I just purchased Health
Empowerment Tools. Will current users get a free upgrade when the
desktop companion is released?
A.
Yes. Due to the fact
that some modifications will need to be done to the handheld software in
order to allow it to synchronize with a desktop companion application,
current owners of Health Empowerment Tools will receive a free upgrade when
the desktop version is released.
Q.
Can reminders be set (on the
handheld computer) to take medication for a specified period of time or for
just single days?
A.
Reminders can be set for both
single days (only one reminder) or for everyday until an ending date.
A starting and ending date can be specified when setting the reminder.
Changes can be made to the starting and ending dates in the Palm Date Book.

I recently experienced some medical problems where I visited several

wouldn't have been able to keep track of all of the results or of my

Wish all my Patients had it! I've looked at several other incomplete
products - this is complete, reasonably priced and easy to use. I wish all
my patients had it - as a physician I would love the ability to customize it
for specific patient needs but have no complaints about what is there.

One use that I use the program for that
many of your users probably don't is Pet Veterinary information ... such as
shot records and treatments. I simply had to add a couple of Pet Specific
shots and tests (as well as add each pet as a person) and all my pet
information is also at my fingertips.

I started using H.E.T. when it first appeared…and have
never regretted it. I had my wife review the program for anything she
could think of as well since she is a registered nurse in Michigan and North
Carolina. She
could not think of anything to add either. She confirmed that it is a well
written program that any patient should have.

I had been a casual user of Health Empowerment Tools, we had no ailments and
only routine medical examines. All of that changed last week when my wife
had a heart attack. I was able to give the EMT's and emergency room people
all of the details of my wife's medical history back 50 years and more, and
her Doctors etc. HET eliminated a lot of the guess work and the emergency
room staff were able to give her prompt evaluation and treatment. I can't
say that HET saved her live, but it sure speeded up her diagnosis and
treatment. She is home from the hospital now and I am busily entering
details of her treatment, tests and medications.
Incidentally, our doctors are most impressed with the details of our medical
data I am able to give them.
